Oliver is a Solicitor, Partner and head of Conveyancing, having qualified in 1987. He has many years of experience dealing with all aspects of property transactions. Oliver ensures the highest level of service by personally engaging with the clients throughout the process . Oliver supervises the conveyancing department to ensure that clients receive the best possible service.
Neil is a Chartered Certified Accountant, Partner and is the Practice Manager. Neil has worked for the firm since 1990 and brings his knowledge and experience together to deal with the finance and administration for the firm.
Mark is a Solicitor and Head of our Private Client Department, having qualified in 1988. He has many years of experience dealing with all aspects of probate, wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Inheritance Tax planning and tax planning and disputed wills. He also has experience dealing with litigation in the court of Protection and Employment law. Mark supervises the private client department to ensure that the client's needs are met.
Victoria joined the firm in 2024, having completed a law degree at the University of Exeter in the same year, graduating with a 2:1. She is currently undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and has completed SQE1, as part of her progression towards qualification as a solicitor.
Working under the supervision of Mark Heywood, Victoria assists on a range of commercial property and private client matters.
Victoria's experience includes drafting legal documentation, undertaking due diligence, liaising with clients and third parties, and supporting the management of matters from instruction through to completion.
